Xiaomi SU7 electric sedan in Lava Orange - on the road

The hyper-buzz'ed Xiaomi SU7 electric sedan was launched on the Chinese EV-market last week. The company claims it has 40.000 orders on the book, and another 60.000 reservations.

The new photos show a dealer demo car in Lava Orange at sunset in central Beijing, which is probably the best color for the SU7. It works very well with the darkened windows, gray alloys, and yellow Brembo brake calipers.

The car in the photos is an SU7 Standard model. Specs: single motor rear-wheel drive. Power: 220kW/400Nm. Top speed: 210. 0-100 in 5.28s. Battery: 73.6 kWh BYD FinDreams LFP. Range: 700km. Fast charging (10-80%) takes 25 minutes. Curb weight: 1980kg.

Price range: $29.8K - $41.5K. Demand is so high that Xiaomi already expanding its factory production capacity. Delivery times for new orders: 16 to 19 weeks for the Xiaomi SU7 Standard, 17 to 20 weeks for the Pro version, and 26 to 29 weeks for the Max version.
